Refuse Collection Services – Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Moszczenica Commune. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Inhabited Properties And Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes And Uninhabited Properties In The Commune Of Moszczenica, Piotrków County, Province. Łódź, In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended) And Other Regulations In Force During The Provision Of The Service. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Service In A Way That Ensures That The Ordering Party Achieves Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery Using Other Methods, And Limits The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended) And Implementing Acts, As Well As Provisions Of The Waste Management Plan For The Łódź Voivodeship Valid During The Period Of Execution Of The Order. 3. In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Accordance With The Principles Of Rational Waste Management, Maintaining The Hierarchy Of Waste Management Referred To In The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1328), With Particular Emphasis On The Effects Of Selective Waste Collection. The Entity Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners Is Obliged To Transfer Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste To A Municipal Installation Ensuring The Processing Referred To In Art. 29A Of The Waste Act. The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage The Remains From Sorting Municipal Waste Intended For Storage In Accordance With The Principle Of Proximity Specified In Art. 20 Of The Waste Act. 4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Manage The Entire Stream Of Municipal Waste Originating From Inhabited Properties, From Properties With Summer Houses And From Other Properties Used For Recreation And Leisure Purposes, As Well As From Uninhabited Properties Located In The Moszczenica Commune. The Area Of ​​The Commune Is 111.49 Km². Length Of Roads Approx. 160 Km. The System Covers An Estimated Number Of 3,924 Properties (Residential Properties 3,776, Properties Used For Recreation And Leisure Purposes 42, Uninhabited Properties 179), The System Covers 11,154 People According To Data From The Declaration, The System Includes 1,019 Composters. These Numbers May Change During The Implementation Of The Contract. 5. The Estimated Amount Of Waste To Be Collected And Handled From The Moszczenica Commune During The Period Covered By The Order (12 Months) Is Approximately 4,593.46 Mg.
