Provision Of Consultations And Services, Troubleshooting, Provision Of All Changed And Additional Versions Of The Software Product, Organization Of The Database Archive And All Other Actions Of The Contractor Necessary For The Normal Operation Of The Software Product, As Well As Acquisition Of License Rights. The Object Of Maintenance Are The Following Software Products By Jobs: Gamma Codemaster – 430 Pieces; Gamma Calc – 1 Piece; Gamma Conte – 15; Gamma Multilab – 46 Pieces; Gamma Multilab-Kaav – 4 Items; Gamma Store – 35 Pieces; Gamma Store-Verification - 1 Piece; Mstore Range - 2 Pieces; Gamma Surveys – 1 Item; Gamma Sespa Link – 1 Piece; Gamma Fu Link – 10 Pieces; Gamma Admin – 1 Piece; Gamma Competitor - 1 Piece; Gamma Diets – 1 Item; Gamma Store Link – 1 Piece; Gamma Mdoctor – 2 Pieces, Gamma Lis Link (Connection With External Lis) – 2 Pieces; Connection With Pacs – 1 Item. The Contract Enters Into Force From The Date Of Conclusion And Is Valid For 12 /Twelve/ Months. The Participant Should Have Rights Granted By The Holder Of The Copyright Of The Software Products - A Contract, Declaration Or Other Document Resulting From The Author Of The System, Which Establishes Duly Granted Rights For The Implementation Of The Activities Of The Subject Of The Order For The Stipulated Period Of 12 Months. Subscription Support Must Include Updates To The Software Products, Provision Of Consultations And Services Related To Their Use, As Follows: A/ Consultations And Assistance In The Operation Of The Software Products Used By The Contracting Authority, Which Are Provided Remotely, Without On-Site Visits, Every Working Day For The Duration Of The Contract From 8:30 A.M. To 5:30 P.M. (Working Hours); B/ Removal Of Hidden Program Errors (Bugs) And, If Necessary, Database Malfunctions That Occurred As A Result Of Them; C/ Provision Of Amended And Supplemented Versions (Updates) Of The System And A Description Of The Changes In The Existing Functionalities Of The Used Software Products, By Publishing Them On The Web Page Of The Contractor, So That They Are Available To The Contracting Authority. These Activities Are Carried Out At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, In Connection With: - Inaccuracies (Program Errors) Ascertained By The Contracting Authority In The Operation Of The Used Software Products - Requirements Of Legal And By-Laws, The National Framework Agreement (Nrd) And Other Decisions And Instructions Of The Competent Authorities, For The Implementation Of Which Non-Essential Changes In Already Existing Functionalities Of The Used Software Products Are Necessary. Outside The Scope Of The Activity Under This Paragraph Are Requirements That Require Significant Changes In The Existing Functionalities Of The Program Products, Such As, But Not Limited To, New Integrations For The Purpose Of Data Exchange With Systems At The Local, Regional, National Or European Level, Changes Including Expanding The Type Of Data Exchanged, New Electronic Formats, New Code Systems
