The Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, In Spatial And Personnel Cooperation With The German Heart Center Berlin (Dhzb), Intends To Concentrate Cardiac Medical Care On The Virchow Clinic Campus Of The Charité (Cvk). Both Institutions Want To Combine Their Cardiovascular Medical Facilities In A Common Center Called The “German Heart Center Of The Charité” (Dhzc). During The Update Of The Needs Program And The Coordination Rounds For The New Dhzc Building, Additional Needs Were Identified That Cannot Be Covered By The New Building. These Should Be In The Immediate Vicinity Of The New Building, Which Is Why The Neighboring Building 0045 Is Well Suited.
