Refuse And Waste Related Services – Waste Collection, No. 19 01 07 From Zevo Pilsen. The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Complete Provision Of Waste Collection, Code No. 19 01 07, Solid Residues From Waste Gas Treatment (Ash And Reaction Residues), Category Hazardous, From Waste Incineration In Zevo Pilsen. The Public Contract Will Have The Character Of A Turnkey Work And Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements, Conditions, Specifications And Other Data And Information Contained In Detail In The Tender Documentation. The Contracting Authority Assumes The Following Basic Scope Of Work Constituting A Public Order: - Collection Of Waste After Waste Incineration In Zevo Plzeň And Its Use Or Disposal In Accordance With Act No. 541/2020 Coll., On Waste, And On The Amendment Of Certain Other Laws, As Amended And Decree No. 273/2021 Coll., On Details Of Waste Management, And - Performance Of Follow-Up Services Related To The Subject Fulfillment Of A Public Order Such As Transport, Coordination Of The Work, Insurance, Procurement Of Decisions Of Administrative Authorities Following The Execution Of The Work, Training, Quality Control And Ensuring Health And Safety During The Execution Of The Work.
