Library Automation Equipment – ​​Library Sorting System For The Herning Library. Herning Municipalitys Library Must Have Its Sorting System Replaced. The Sorting Facility Must Be Installed At Herning Municipalitys Central Library, Østergade 8, 7400 Herning In The Same Physical Framework As The Current Sorting Facility. The Final Contract Essentially Entails That The Supplier Must: • Dismantle And Dispose Of The Current Facility • Deliver, Install, Commission And Test The Sorting Facility • Supply Accessories Cf. Appendix 2 – Requirements Specification • Provide Documentation And User And Maintenance Instructions • Train Staff At The Library In The Use Of The Sorting Facility And Accessories • Provide Warranty • Provide Service And Support Further Clarification Of The Services Appears In The Requirements Specification. The Current System Must Be Dismantled In Q2-Q3 2027. The Librarys New System Must Be Delivered, Set Up, Tested And Approved In Q2-Q3 2027 Cf. 6.3 In Appendix 2 – Requirement Specification.
