The Scope Of This Public Procurement Includes The Following Activities For The Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Phase For A Site: Design And Implementation Of Authors Supervision Of A Football Field With Adjacent Infrastructure And Fencing In Upi Xiii-502.2003, Quarter 2 According To The Regulation Plan Of Skutare Village, Maritsa Municipality, Plovdiv Region With Pi 66915.502.2003: The Project Follows To Contain At Least The Following Parts: Architecture, Structural, Plumbing, Electrical, Geodesy, Technological/Parking And Landscaping, Ccc On All Parts Of The Project Along With Explanatory Notes. An Automated Irrigation System Should Be Designed, Divided Into Zones Ensuring Uniform Water Distribution. To Provide Professional Rotor Sprinklers With A Large Radius Located Outside The Outline Of The Playing Field And Within It (With Rubber Covers). An Underground Or Semi-Underground Reinforced Concrete Facility Should Be Provided For The Placement Of The Machine-Pump Group. The Pump Group Should Have Frequency Control, A Filter Module, An Aps Controller And A Volumetric Tank (Buffer Tank) For Irrigation Water With A Capacity Calculated On The Basis Of A 24-Hour Irrigation Rate. A Complete Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Contained In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​As Of The Opening Date Of The Present Procedure, There Is No Secured Financing For The Object, Which Is Why And According To Art. 114 Of The Civil Code, A Deferred Performance Clause Will Be Included In The Contract. In This Scenario, The Implementation Begins After Confirmation By The Contracting Authority Of Secured Financing And Presentation By The Contractor Of The Specified Performance Guarantee. On The Basis Of Art. 114, Paragraph 3 Of The Civil Code, In The Absence Of Secured Financing, Each Of The Parties May Request The Termination Of The Contract Without Notice After The Expiration Of A Three-Month Period From Its Conclusion. On The Basis Of Art. 114, Paragraph 4 Of The Zop, When After The Expiration Of A 10-Month Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract, There Is Still No Secured Financing, The Concluded Contract Will Be Considered Terminated.​​​​​​
