The Object Of The Project Is The Provision Of Maintenance Services, Technical And Operational Support, As Well As The Configuration Of The Payment Mechanism Information System Through Escrow Accounts Of The M.A.E. The Project Is Structured In Two Main Sections Of Work: A. Maintenance And Support Of The Information System: It Includes The Management And Resolution Of Technical Problems, Errors And Incidents (Bugs And Incidents), The Coordination Of The Technical And Operational Teams Involved, The Performance Of Quality Checks And Acceptance Tests (Uat), As Well As The Monitoring Of The Availability, Performance And Correct Operation Of The Platform. In Addition, It Includes The Provision Of Helpdesk And User Support Services, The Support Of Payment Processes In Cooperation With The Relevant Credit Institutions, The Management Of Issues Related To Roles And Access Rights, The Application Of Security Updates And Corrective Upgrades, The Updating Of User Manuals, The Presentation Of System Functions And The Transfer Of Know-How. In This Context, It Is Also Envisaged To Monitor And Leverage Support Items Through Jira And To Produce Reports And Operational Indicators Through Microsoft Power Bi. B. Configuration And Integration Of New Projects And Actions: It Includes The Analysis And Recording Of The Operational Requirements Of Each New Project Or Action, The Configuration And Adaptation Of The Existing Functions Of The Platform, The Configuration Of Roles, Rights, Workflows, Control And Approval Procedures, As Well As The Required Elements, Connections And Reports. In Addition, It Includes Carrying Out Technical And Functional Tests, Supporting The Productive Activation Of Each New Action, Updating The Relevant Documentation, Transferring Know-How And Coordinating The Involved Bodies Until The Integration Is Complete.
