Electricity - Supply Of Electricity For 2027/2028. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy For The Sites Of The Dp Rvd For 2027/2028: 1. With Installed Electricity Meters For Reporting Electrical Energy According To Settlement Periods, Described In Appendix No. 1.1. Of The Technical Specification To The Public Procurement Documentation; 2. According To A Standardized Commodity Profile And Payment For The Services For Access To And Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing (According To Art. 20, Para. 2, Item 2 In Connection With Para. 1 Of The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy) For The Facilities With Installed Electricity Meters For Reporting Electric Energy Without Settlement Periods, Described In Appendix No. 1.2. Of The Technical Specification To The Public Procurement Documentation. The Estimated Amount Of Electrical Energy For Delivery During The 12-Month Period Of The Contract Term Is 19,000 Mwh And Is Distributed As Follows: 1. An Estimated Amount Of 18,450 Mwh Of Net Active Electrical Energy For The Objects Described In Appendix No. 1.1. Of The Technical Specification To The Public Procurement Documentation; 2. An Estimated Amount Of 550 Mwh Of Net Active Electrical Energy For The Sites Described In Appendix No. 1.2. Of The Technical Specification To The Public Procurement Documentation. The Specified Estimated Quantity Is Indicative And Does Not Commit The Contracting Authority To Use It, Nor Does It Limit Its Consumption, And For The Purposes Of The Procurement It Serves Only As Information About The Indicative Volume Of The Present Public Procurement. The Contracting Authority Will Pay The Participant Selected As The Contractor Only The Actual Amount Of Electricity Needed For The Relevant Period. A Summary Report Of The Monthly Consumption, For A Previous Period Of 12 Months, For The Sites Of The Dp Rvd, Described In Appendix No. 1.1, Is Also Presented To The Documentation For The Public Procurement. And Appendix No. 1.2. Of The Technical Specification. During The Execution Of The Order, The Employer May Make Changes To Appendix No. 1.1. And/Or Appendix No. 1.2., By Adding New And/Or Excluding Part Of The Specified Objects, As For The Added Objects, The Contracting Authority Should Pay For The Delivered Electricity At The Price Already Agreed With The Contractor.
