Design-Modeling Services – Construction Of A Global Prospective Mobility Model. The Study Union Wishes To Adopt A Multimodal Travel Model Covering Its Territory. This Tool Will Constitute A Technical Decision-Making Support Instrument In Terms Of Public Mobility Policies And Development Choices. The Territory Is Affected By Several Major Structuring Projects (New Lgv Station, Hospital Center, Western Urban Boulevard, Interchange Developments, Diversions, Road Restorations, Toulouse Serm). The Tool Will Make It Possible To Simulate The Impact Of These Projects On Travel, To Size The Effects And To Bring Consistency Between The Different Infrastructure And Mobility Service Projects. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And Includes A Maximum Amount Set At 400,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For The Duration Of The Contract.
