The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization And Expansion Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Marczyce (Plot No. 11/5, 180/1) As Part Of Stage I, While Maintaining The Operation Of The Old Facility (Plot No. 12/12) And Shutting It Down After The New Installation Is Launched. 2. For This Subject Of The Order, The Design And Build Formula Applies - Which Means That The Element Of The Order, Treated As Stage I, Is Comprehensive, Complete Design Of The Project Understood As Complete Design, Cost Estimate And Technological Documentation, Along With Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb/Wwiorb) Subject To Approval By The Ordering Party And Other, Not Mentioned - Necessary For The Proper Commissioning Of The Facility And Obtaining Decisions, Permits And Other Legal Documents Required For This Type Of Facilities. 3. The Subject Of The Order In The Design And Build Formula Includes The Physical And Full-Discipline Implementation Of Stage I Of The Investment, Ensuring Full Technological Functionality Of The Facility Up To A Capacity Of Pln 12,500, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Design Documentation And To Make Field And Technical Reserves In The Infrastructure Of Stage I For Potential Target Expansion In The Future According To The Following Principles: 1) Design Documentation (Construction, Technical And Executive Designs) Prepared By The Contractor Only Applies To The Facilities And Installations Implemented As Part Of Stage I. 2) At The Stage Of Planning And Land Development, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide For Spatial And Land Reserves, Which Means Locating The Facilities Of Stage I On The Investment Plot In Such A Way That In The Future It Will Be Possible To Safely Expand The Sewage Treatment Plant With Further Technological Lines Without The Need To Demolish Or Rebuild The Infrastructure Erected In This Contract. 3) In The Installation Sphere, The Contractor Is Obliged To Design And Implement, As Part Of Stage I, Physical Technical Reserves Prepared For The Future Connection Of The Expansion, Which Means An Absolute Obligation To Install Blind Flanges, Shut-Off Valves, Free Connection Stubs On The Pipelines And Collective Collectors, As Well As To Leave A Power Reserve In The Main Switchboards, Free Cable Routes And A Minimum Of 25% Of Spatial And Signal Reserve In The Control Cabinets And The Superior System Scada. 4. The Subject Of The Order - Stage 1 - Consists In The Construction Of A New Mechanical And Biological Sewage Treatment Plant In Marczyce On Plots No. 11/5, 180/1, With A Capacity Of Pln = 12,500 And An Average Daily Capacity Of Qd = 1,630 M³/D. This Stage Includes Ensuring Full Possibility Of Accepting Sewage Delivered In An Amount Of Up To 100 M³/D And Buffering It In A Dynamic System (Through Synchronized Operation Of The Catchment Station And Emptying Pumps) Using The Existing Retention Facility Subject To Adaptation. Safe Acceptance Of Increased Instantaneous Flows During Intense Periods
