Government Services – State Guarantees - Work As A Mandate For The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia: Reviewing And Processing Applications For State Guarantees, Administration And Processing Of Future State Guarantees. The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will In Future Participate In The State Guarantee Procedures As The States Mandate In Accordance With Section 6 Of The Guarantee Guidelines Of The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia. The Services To Be Provided By The Mandatary Include In Particular: I. Processing Of Applications For State Guarantees, Taking Into Account The Eu State Aid Regulations And The Guarantee Guidelines In Their Currently Valid Version; Ii. Preparation Of The Template For Consultation In The State Guarantee Committee Including Submitting A Vote And Presentation Of The Application To The Guarantee Committee; Iii. Orientation And Organization Of The Meetings Of The State Guarantee Committee In The Mandatarys Own Rooms In Düsseldorf; Iv. Accompanying The Granting Of The Guarantee; V. Administration Of State Guarantees; Vi. Review Of Guarantee Defaults And Claims Settlement. The Mandatary Must Carry Out The Tasks Assigned To Him As Representative Of The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia With The Care Of A Prudent Businessman, Taking Into Account Professional Principles; Instructions From The State Are Binding As Long As They Do Not Violate Legal Regulations Or Professional Law. The Right To Audit And Provide Information In Accordance With The Nrw State Budget Regulations Is Reserved To The Ministry Of Finance And The State Audit Office Of North Rhine-Westphalia. The Provision Of Services Is Reserved For Auditors And Auditing Firms In Accordance With Section 37 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Wipro.
