The Civil Engineering Office Of The Canton Of Bern Collects Traffic Data On The Cantonal Road Network With Periodic 14-Day Measurements On Numerous Cross-Sections (Annually Or Every 2, 4 Or 8 Years) And, If Necessary, With Additional Project-Related Surveys. The Data Is Used, Among Other Things, For Road, Public Transport And Noise Renovation Projects, The Cantonal Traffic Model As Well As Maintenance And Renovations. The Periodic And Project-Related Surveys Are Being Advertised For The Years 2027 To 2029, With 2029 Being An Option. The Order Includes Planning, Coordination And Execution Of The Measurements As Well As The Transfer Of Data And Documentation In The Tool Provided By The Tba.
