1. The Subject Of The Order Are Thermal Modernization, Construction And Renovation Works On The Building Of Primary School No. 2 In Zgorzelec At Ul. Reymonta 16. 2. The School Complex In Question Consists Of: 1) A Three-Story Main Building With A Full Basement, 2) A Connector To The Gym, 3) A Gym With Facilities Without A Basement. 3.The Scope Of The Order In Question Includes Thermal Modernization Of The School Building, The Connector And The Gymnasium Along With Accompanying Works, In Particular: 1) Enlargement And Reduction Of Some Window Openings; 2) Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery; 3) Renovation Of Flat Roofs, Including Their Insulation And Replacement Of The Covering; 4) Renovation Of Stairs Along With Accompanying Works; 5) Execution Of Demolition And Dismantling Works; 6) Development Hydraulic Lift And Stair Platform For People With Disabilities Along With The Execution Of Accompanying Works;7) Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Internal Domestic Hot Water (Dhw) Installation;8) Construction Of An Air-Water Heat Pump Installation Along With The Renovation Of The Existing Boiler Room;9) Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation;10) Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures And Plug Socket Installations;11) Construction Of A Mechanical Ventilation Installation Supply And Exhaust Air With Heat Recovery For The Gymnasium.4.A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of This Order Are Specified In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Design Documentation, Including: 1) Architectural And Construction Design; 2) Technical Designs, Including: A) Thermal Modernization And Construction Works; B) Photovoltaic Installation; C) Renovation And Reconstruction Of Domestic Hot Water Installations; D) Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures And Sockets Plug-In Units;E) Mechanical Supply And Exhaust Ventilation For The Gymnasium;F) Construction Of An Air-Water Heat Pump Installation And Renovation Of The Existing Boiler Room;3) Update Of The Energy Audit;4) Inventory Of The Condition Of The Existing School Building, Gymnasium And Connector;5) Bills Of Quantities - For Information Purposes. Due To The Lump Sum Remuneration Adopted In These Proceedings, The Contractor, When Pricing The Offer, Should Rely On The Scope Resulting From The Documentation Referred To In This Section. The Occurrence Of Works Not Included In The Bills Of Quantities During The Execution Of The Contract Or In The Event Of Works Occurring In Greater Quantities Than In Any Items Of The Bills Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Are Included In The Documentation, The Contractor Will Perform These Works Under The Standard Contractual Risk.
