The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties And From Pszok (Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point) Located At Nowodwór 68 In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028 (24 Months). The Expected, Estimated Amount Of Collected Municipal Waste May Amount To Approximately 840 Tons, At The Same Time We Reserve That It May Change. The Settlement For The Service Provided Will Be Settled Based On The Amount Of Collected Garbage In Tons Multiplied By The Price Offered In The Offer Form. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Municipal Waste From Property Owners Placed At The Border Of The Settlement Plot With The Nearest Public Or Internal Road. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read With The Existing Road Infrastructure In Order To Select Appropriate Specialized Vehicles (Vehicle Sizes) Needed To Complete The Order. 4.2.1. The Scope Of The Service Includes The Collection Of All: 1) Waste Collected From Residential Properties: A) Mixed Municipal Waste Collected In Containers, B) Municipal Waste Collected Selectively In Bags, Including: - Green → Packaging Glass, Excluding Packaging For Plant Protection Products, Medical Products And Poisons, - Blue → Paper And Cardboard, - Yellow → Packaging Made Of Plastics, Metals And Multi-Material Packaging, Excluding Packaging For Plant Protection Products, Medical Products And Poisons, - Brown Color → Biodegradable Municipal Waste, Including Green Waste - Bulk Glass2) Waste Collected In Pszok: A) Expired Medicines, Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Generated In The Household As A Result Of Injecting Medicinal Products And Monitoring The Level Of Substances In The Blood, In Particular Igieł I Strzykawek. B) Used Batteries And Accumulators, C) Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment, D) Bulky Waste (Furniture, Carpets, Etc.), E) Hazardous Waste (Varnishes, Paints), F) Construction And Renovation Waste, G) Ash, H) Clothing And Textiles, I) Used Tires.
