1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New 9-Seater Passenger Car, Adapted To Transport Disabled People, Including A Disabled Person In A Wheelchair, In Accordance With The Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Specification Of Terms Of Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. 2) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of The Vehicle Described In Point 1 Along With The Equipment Specified In The Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Order And The Necessary Documentation, Including Documentation Authorizing The Vehicle To Operate In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland And Enabling Registration Of The Vehicle, In Particular Current Technical Tests For Vehicles Adapted To Transport Disabled Persons In Wheelchairs. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of At Least: - 24 Months For The Engine And Components 60 Months For Body Perforation 24 Months For Paint Coating 24 Months For The Completed Bodywork Adapting The Vehicle To The Transport Of Disabled Persons, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Reservations, Without Mileage Limit, On The Terms Specified In The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 5 To Swz).4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Necessary Warranty Documents No Later Than On The Day Of Acceptance Of The Vehicle. 5) During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Or Replace The Defective Item Of The Order (Or Parts Thereof) Free Of Charge With A New One Free From Defects. 6) The Contractor Will Provide A Maximum Time For Starting The Removal Of Vehicle Failures During The Warranty Period, Not Exceeding 3 Business Days From The Moment The Failure Is Reported By The Ordering Party To The E-Mail Address Provided By The Contractor. 7) For Materials And Parts Repaired Or Replaced Free Of Charge As Part Of Warranty Repairs, The Warranty Period Runs Anew. 8) Place Of Vehicle Delivery: 37-500 Jarosław, Ul. Konfederacka 13. The Contractor Will Report Readiness For Acceptance At Least 3 Days Before The Planned Delivery. On The Day Of Delivery, The Vehicle Must Have All Necessary Documents Allowing The Vehicle To Be Road Traffic In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland And Enabling Registration And Operation Immediately After Receipt By The Ordering Party. Detailed Rules For Collecting The Vehicle Are Specified In The Draft Contract. 9) Adaptive Changes To The Vehicle Regarding The Installation Of Equipment May Not Result In The Loss Or Limitation Of Factory Mechanical Warranties.
