Up To 6 Consumption Points (Ppe) With A Total Estimated Amount Of 255,000 Kwh, In The Period From January 1, 2027. Until December 31, 2027 The Above Data Is Indicative. The Forecast Electricity Consumption Is Indicative And May Differ From The Amount Of Energy Actually Consumed During The Contract Period. The Amount Of Electricity Was Estimated Based On Data On Electricity Consumption Over The Last 12 Months. 2. The Proceedings Covered One Ppe, I.E. The Indicated Estimated Amount Of Energy Is The Amount That The Ordering Party Intends To Purchase And Does Not Include Energy Produced On Its Own.5.Additional Information: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity With Quality Standards Specified In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. Electricity Quality Standards Are Described In The Act Of April 10, 1997. – Energy Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2026, Item 43, As Amended) And In Implementing Acts; 2) Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity Along With The Distribution Service Will Take Place To The Electricity Consumption Points (Called Ppe) Mentioned In Point 2.3) Standards For The Distribution Of Electricity Are Included In The Operators Tariff, Which Specifies: A) Tariff Groups And Detailed Criteria For Qualifying Consumers To These Groups; B) Method Of Determining Fees For Connection To The Dsos Network, C) Rates Of Fees For The Provision Of Distribution Services And The Conditions For Their Application, Taking Into Account The Division Into Rates Resulting From: - Distribution Of Electricity - Use Of The National Power System (Quality Rates), - Reading The Readings Of Measurement And Billing Systems And Their Ongoing Control (Subscription Rates), - Ensuring The Availability Of Electricity From Renewable Sources In The National Power System (Res Fee Rate), - Ensuring Medium- And Long-Term Security Of Electricity Supplies To End Users (Capacity Fee Rate);
