1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Paper Hygiene Products (Toilet Paper, Paper Towels).2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject And The Size Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference - Price Form.3.Attachment No. 2 To The Swz Is Also A Price Form That Must Be Completed And Attached To The Offer.4.The Ordering Party Requires That, Whenever Possible, Environmentally Friendly Materials And Products Be Used, Waste Should Be Reduced And Materials And Energy Should Be Used Rationally.5.The Offered Products Must Come From Current Production - The Production Date Cannot Be Older Than 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery.6.The Contractor Will Provide At Least A 12-Month Warranty (Use-By Date) For The Offered Products From The Date Of Delivery.7.The Place Of Delivery Is The Ordering Partys Warehouse Located In Krakow At Ul. Mogilska 109.8.The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Does Not Deprive The Ordering Party Of The Right To Order The Supplies In Question Through Separate Public Procurement Procedures.9.The Framework Agreement Will Be Valid For 24 Months From The Date Of Its Conclusion, But No Longer Than Until The Quantity Of The Product Specified Therein Is Exhausted.10.Deadlines For Completing Partial Orders Are Up To 21 Calendar Days From The Date Of Submission Of The Declaration Referred To In § 4 Section 5 Of The Contract Template.
