1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Regarding The Thermal Modernization Of A Public Building - The Village Community Center In The Mountains. The Village Community Center In Góry Is Located On Plots No. 615/1, 616, 621/1 In The Town Of Góry, Commune. Uniejów. The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Development Of A Multi-Discipline Construction / Technical Design For Thermal Modernization; - Obtaining The Required Opinions, Arrangements And Checks Of Design Solutions To The Extent Specified In The Regulations; - If Necessary, Obtaining The Necessary Derogations From The Applicable Regulations, Including Preparation Of The Necessary Expert Opinions And Opinions; - Obtaining A Building Permit Or Making An Appropriate Notification (If It Turns Out To Be Required By The Applicable Regulations) - Performing Authors Supervision; - Performance Of Construction Works Related To: A) Insulation Of Parts Of The Partitions; B) Replacement Joinery;C) Modernization Of The Heating System;D) Modernization Of Lighting;E) Execution Of Pv Micro-Installations;F) Performance Of Necessary Accompanying Works. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To Swz - Functional And Operational Program For The Thermal Modernization Of A Public Utility Building As Part Of The Project Thermal Modernization Of A Public Utility Building - Village Community Center In The Mountains And In The Energy Audit Of The Building Public Utility Building - Village Community Center In The Mountains. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree On The Design Of The Photovoltaic Installation With A Fire Protection Expert In Terms Of Compliance With Fire Protection Requirements And To Notify The Authorities Of The State Fire Service About The Completion Of The Installation Of The Photovoltaic Installation And The Commencement Of Its Use In Accordance With Art. 29 Section 4 Point 3) Letter C) Of The Construction Law.
