1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Generator Equipped With A Diesel Engine Meeting The Requirements Of The Stage V Exhaust Emission Standard, A Generator With Copper Windings, A Sound-Absorbing Casing And Automatic Control, Mounted On A Two-Axle Trailer Intended For Transport, Together With A Separate Cabinet For The Automatic Reserve Switching System (Szr) With A Rated Current Of 400 A.2.The Ordering Party Requires That The Generator And The Transport Trailer Are Brand New, Without Traces Of Use, Undamaged, Complete And Ready For Immediate Operation And Have All The Minimum Technical Parameters And Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Technical Specification Of The Generator With A Two-Axle Trailer (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.3.The Generator Must Come From Current Production And Cannot Be A Prototype Product, It Is To Be Intended For Island Operation And For Backup Power Supply In The Event Of A Mains Voltage Failure. The Units Automation And The Supplied Ats System Must Be Compatible With Each Other. The Trailer Should Enable Permanent And Safe Mounting Of The Unit On The Supporting Frame.4.The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Unit To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów I Kanyzacji Nysa Sp. Z O. O., Based In Zgorzelec, At Ul. Boh. Getta 1A, In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.5.The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular, The Delivery Of A Complete Unit With A Two-Axle Trailer, Its Unloading And Placement In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Carrying Out The First Start-Up And Checking The Correct Operation, Conducting Training For Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party And Providing The Required Documentation. 6. The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Will Deliver The Unit That Is The Subject Of This Contract In A Way That Ensures Its Safe Delivery, Also Bearing The Cost Of Insurance During Transport And All Other Costs Necessary To Complete The Delivery. The Risk Of Loss Or Damage To The Subject Of This Contract During Transport Is Borne By The Contractor. 7. A Detailed Description As Well As The Terms And Conditions Of The Order Execution Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty Of At Least 60 Months For The Delivered Generator (Without Limit On Operating Hours) And 24 Months For The Transport Trailer (Without Limit On Kilometers), Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol With The I Accept Clause. The Warranty Period For The Generator Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria, Under Which The Contractor May Obtain Additional Points, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Chapter Xviii Of The Swz, While The Warranty Period For The Trailer Is Not An Evaluation
