The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center Into The Municipal Social Welfare Center Together With The Task Entitled: Liquidation Of Architectural Barriers For Disabled People In The Nieborów Commune - Applies To The Gops Headquarters. The Investment Is Located In Nieborów At Al. Legionów Polskich 26 In The Nieborów Commune, On The Plot With Registration Number 558/1.2.The Contract In Question Includes In Particular Construction Works Consisting Of: The Reconstruction Will Consist In Adapting The Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center To The Needs Of The Administrative Building Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center. For This Purpose, It Is Necessary To Dismantle The Walls And Floors (The Floor Will Be Lowered By 15 Cm Compared To Its Original State) And Drill Door Openings. Due To The Lowering Of The Floor In The Building, The Existing Ramp For The Disabled In Front Of The Main Entrance To The Building Should Be Removed. The Liquidation Will Consist In Lowering The Existing Hardening In Front Of The Main Entrance, Bringing The Access To The Building To The Existing Level, With Reference To The Designed Floor Level In The Building. New Rooms In The Building Should Be Allocated For The Needs Of Running The Municipal Social Welfare Center. The Water Installation Will Be Replaced. – Can. And Electrical Installation, As Well As The Heat Pump Installation. The Order Also Includes: - Carrying Out The Required Tests And Examinations And Preparing Documents Related To Putting The Building Into Use, - Post-Construction Inventory. As Part Of The Other Accompanying Works, Waste Generated During The Works Should Be Removed And Disposed Of, The Area Should Be Tidied Up After All The Works Have Been Completed, And Measurements Of The Lightning Protection System Should Be Taken.
