The Subject Of The Order Is The Removal Of Municipal Waste In The Amount Of Approximately 1,700 M3 Per Year Using Our Own Transport And In Our Own Containers, Together With Their Disposal, Transporting Them To The Waste Disposal Plant Run By Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Eko-Mazury Sp. Z O. O. With Its Registered Office In Siedliska 77, 19-300 Ełk And Disposal With Own Transport And In Own Containers Of Post-Consumer Waste In The Amount Of 3,000 Kg Per Year Along With Disposal From The Property Of The Social Welfare Home In Nowa Wieś Ełcka At Ul. Lipowa 1 In A Way That Ensures Current And Uninterrupted Waste Collection. The Given Amount Of Waste Is Only An Estimated Value Intended To Facilitate The Estimation Of The Subject Of The Order And Cannot Be The Basis For The Contractors Claims For Incorrectly Estimated Subject Of The Order.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular: The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 888, As Amended), The Provisions Of The Waste Management Plan For The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship For 2016-2022 And The Provisions Of Local Law.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection And Transport Of Post-Consumer And Municipal Waste. Fractions Of Unsegregated And Segregated Municipal Waste (Collected Selectively) Of The Following Types Of Municipal Waste (Regardless Of Their Quantity): A) Glass, B) Paper, C) Plastics, Metals, Multi-Material Packaging, D) Biodegradable, With Particular Emphasis On Bio-Waste, E) Large-Sized Waste, Including Furniture And Other Utility Items, F) Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment, G) Used Tires, H) Residual Waste Remaining After Sorting, Collected In Bags, Bins Or Containers.
