The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Entitled: Municipal Center For Nature Protection In Laski And Then Execution Of Construction Works. 4.2. Characteristic Parameters Determining The Size Of The Facilities Or The Scope Of Construction Works: A) Building Area - Min. 85 M2 B) Gazebo Area - Approx. 16 M2c) Number Of Floors: 1 Above Ground / No Undergroundd) Building Height - < 7 M (Low Building)4.3. Before Starting Design Work, The Contractor Will Obtain And Verify Data And Materials Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order, As Well As Information And Documents Necessary To Design The Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Order.4.4. The Contractor, If Necessary, Will Provide Authors Supervision Throughout The Duration Of The Investment Carried Out On The Basis Of The Prepared Documentation.4.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Project In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle Of No Significant Harm To The Environment. Not Causing Significant Damage Is Understood As The Definition In Accordance With Art. 17 Of The Taxonomy Regulation. The Following Must Be Met At Least: A) Maximum Water Flow In Washbasin Taps And Sink Taps ≤ 6 Liters/Min, B) In Toilets, The Total Volume Of Water Used For Flushing ≤ 6 Liters, C) Building Materials Planned For Use, With Which People Come Into Contact, Emit < 0.06 Mg Of Formaldehyde/M3, D) Use Building Materials With Which People Come Into Contact Emit < 0.001 Mg/M3 Carcinogenic Volatile Organic Compounds Of The Categories Specified In The Guidelines (Determined As Part Of Tests Carried Out In Accordance With The Cen/En 16516 And Iso 16000-3:2011 Standards Or Other Equivalent Standardized Test Conditions And Determination Methods),E) Use Of Renewable Energy Sources - Photovoltaicsf) Planting Trees And Shrubs.4.6. Scope Of Documentation: A) Construction Design (Land Development - On The Map For Design Purposes, Architectural, Construction And Technical Design With Executive Elements) In The Necessary Industries (Including Architecture, Construction, Electrical, Sanitary) Along With The Above. Arrangements For Each Industry, B) Technical Conditions From Utility Suppliers, C) Ornithological And Chiropterological Opinion (If Required), D) Greenery Inventory, E) Soil Tests, F) Water Law Report (If Required), G) Other Studies Required By Law. 4.7. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Construction Of A Service Building - The Nature Conservation Center Along With Accompanying Infrastructure And Land Development, Including The Construction Of Small Architecture.
