The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Regarding The Construction Of A Road Connector For Pedestrians (Guaranteed Part) And Cyclists (Part Covered By Option Law) Between Ul. Korczaka And Ul. Lawendowa In Dzierżoniów As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Construction Of The Connector Ul. Lawendowa - Ul. Korczaka - Zbd.1.2. The Material Scope Of The Guaranteed (Basic) Part Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Regarding The Construction Of A Pedestrian Sidewalk Along With The Construction Of A Pedestrian Crossing On The Street. Korczak, Which Include, Among Others: On: 1) Replacing And Lowering Curbs At The Location Of The Pedestrian Crossing; 2) Installing Concrete Edges 8X30cm; 3) Installing Island Curbs 25X30cm; 4) Constructing A Green Area In The Form Of A Rain Garden Along The Sidewalk; 5) Installing Sewers, Dome Inlets And Connecting Them To The Rainwater Drainage System; 6) Building A Section Of The Sidewalk With A Concrete Pavement Between Ul. Korczaka And Ul. Lawendowa;7) Adding A Sidewalk To Access The Pedestrian Crossing;8) Laying A Stop Integration Cube;9) Laying Cables Supplying Street Lighting;10) Installing Two Street Lighting Poles Illuminating The Pedestrian Crossing With Led Luminaires;11) Installing Five Street Lighting Poles Illuminating The Sidewalk With Led Luminaires;12) Planting And Leveling The Green Area Along The Sidewalk;13) Installing 4 Benches Wooden With A Backrest Along The Sidewalk; 14) Planting Protective Greenery In The Form Of Trees - 20 Pieces Of American Ambergris Gum Ball; 15) Preparing And Implementing Permanent Traffic Organization. 1.3. The Material Scope Of The Part Covered By The Option Law Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Regarding The Construction Of A Bicycle Path Along With The Construction Of A Pedestrian Crossing On Ul. Lawendowa, Which Include, Among Others: On: 1) Replacing And Lowering Curbs At The Location Of The Pedestrian Crossing; 2) Installing Concrete Edges 8X30 Cm; 3) Building A Section Of A Bicycle Path With A Surface Made Of Red Phase-Free Concrete Cubes Between Ul. Korczaka And Ul. Lawendowa; 4) Laying The Stop Integration Cube; 5) Laying Cables Supplying Street Lighting; 6) Placing 2 Street Lighting Poles Illuminating The Pedestrian Crossing With Led Luminaires; 7) Planting And Leveling The Green Area Along The Sidewalk; 1.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Was Indicated And Described In: 1) Certificate Of Lack Of Grounds For Objection, Issued On January 7, 2026 By The Starosta Of Dzierżoniów; 2) Construction Project Entitled: Construction Of A Road Connector For Pedestrians And Cyclists Between Ul.
