1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task Called: Reconstruction And Thermal Modernization Of A Public Building In Doły Biskupie. The Task Is Co-Financed In Accordance With Agreement No. 00150.Um13.65721.00220.2025 On The Granting Of Aid Under Intervention I.13.1 Leader/Community-Led Development (Clld) - Lds Implementation Component. The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works, Works, Research And Auxiliary Activities Necessary To Implement The Investment To The Extent Specified In The Procurement Documents, In Accordance With Applicable Law. Bill Of Quantities Works Constitutes Auxiliary Material, The Contractor Cannot Estimate The Value Of The Order Solely On Its Basis. The Basis For Preparing The Offer And Determining The Price Are The Order Documents Provided By The Ordering Party. The Contractor May Verify The Conditions For Carrying Out The Works During An Optional On-Site Visit. Participation In The On-Site Visit Is Not A Condition For Submitting An Offer. The Visit May Take Place After Setting A Date With The Ordering Party. If Any Ambiguities Or Discrepancies Are Found In The Documentation, The Contractor May Request Clarification Of The Content Of The Swz. The Site Visit Does Not Replace The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented While Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs Through The Use Of Reasonable Accommodations, Removing Barriers And Preventing Their Occurrence, In Accordance With Art. 4 Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Items 1411 And 731). The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure Accessibility For People With Special Needs, In Accordance With Art. 6 Of The Above-Mentioned Act In The Field Of Architectural Accessibility: 1) Ensuring Barrier-Free Horizontal And Vertical Communication Spaces In Buildings - A Single-Story Building, There Must Be No Lowering Or Steps Dangerous For Blind People, The Width Of Passages Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People; 2) Installation Of Devices Or The Use Of Technical Means And Architectural Solutions In The Building That Enable Access To All Rooms, Excluding Technical Rooms - Construction Of A Bathroom For Disabled People, Entrance To The Building - A Ramp And Ramp For Disabled People With Barriers; 3) Providing Information On The Layout Of Rooms In The Building, At Least Visually And Tactilely Or Audibly - The Offer Price Should Also Include The Purchase And Installation Of A Typhlographic Board, With Information On The Layout Of Rooms In The Building, At Least Visually And Tactilely Or Audibly;4) Ensuring That People With Special Needs Can Evacuate Or Save Them In Another Way - Evacuation Through Designated Evacuation Routes.3.
