1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Full-Size Football Pitch At Ul. Poznańska In Sieraków, Constituting Stage I Of The Project Titled Modernization Of The Tkkf Sports Facility In Sieraków.2.The Investment Will Be Implemented With Co-Financing From External Funds. The Commune Received Co-Financing From The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture For An Investment Project As Part Of The Modernization Program For Full-Size Sports Fields Of The Ministry Of Sport And Tourism.3.The Order Covers The Performance Of Multi-Disciplinary Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Full-Size Football Pitch With A Synthetic Grass Surface Along With Technical Infrastructure, Sports Equipment, Land Development And Preparatory And Accompanying Works, As Well As The Provision Of Care And Maintenance Services For The Constructed Pitch Surface For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Investment.4.The Design Documentation And Building Permit Cover The Entire Project Titled: Modernization Of The Tkkf Sports Facility In Sieraków, The Implementation Of Which Was Divided Into The Following Stages: 1.Stage I - Construction Of A Full-Size Football Pitch With A Synthetic Grass Surface And Infrastructure;2.Stage Ii - Construction Of An Athletics Track With Accompanying Elements;3.Stage Iii - Construction Of The Remaining Pitches, Shelters And Elements Of Small Architecture.5.The Subject Of This Procedure Is Only Stage I, Including The Implementation Of The Technical Infrastructure To Be Implemented In This Stage, Which Will Also Serve To Service And Implement Subsequent Stages Of The Investment.6.The Detailed Scope Of Stage I Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Bills Of Quantities For All Industries And The Investment Staging Scheme In 2D And 3D Versions, Constituting Annexes To Swz.7.Scope Of The Order The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Construction Works, Supplies And Services: 1) Preparatory And Demolition Works: 2) Sanitary Works: 3) Electrical And Telecommunications Works: 4) Construction Of A Full-Size Football Pitch: 5) Sports Equipment And Infrastructure: 6) Care And Maintenance Of The Pitch Surface
