2.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties, Summer Houses And Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes Located In The Gowarczów Commune, The Service Of Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste From Gpszok And The Service Of Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Building Of The Gowarczów City And Commune Office And Waste From Public Places In At The Disposal Of The Gowarczów City And Commune Office For A Period Of 12 Months From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996. On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended) And The Provisions Of The Applicable Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Gowarczów Commune.
