The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Electricity For The Needs Of Street Lighting And The Ordering Partys Buildings And Facilities, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law, In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027. This Order Does Not Cover Electricity Distribution Services. Energy Is Sold To Ordering Parties Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Distribution System Operator - Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Rzeszów Branch, Rzeszów Energy District, Ul. 8-Go Marca 4, 35-065 Rzeszów. The Estimated Electricity Consumption In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 Is 414,296.19 Kwh, Including: - Street Lighting: 308,661.20 Kwh - A Detailed List Of Ppe Is Provided In Annex No. 5 To Swz - Public Administration Facilities: 105,634.99 Kwh - A Detailed List Of Ppe Is Provided In Appendix No. 5 To The Swz. Details Of Electricity Consumption At Individual Consumption Points Are Described In Appendix No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Presented The Expected Amount Of Electricity Consumption. The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Actual Amount Of Electricity Consumption May Change, I.E. Increase Or Decrease, While Maintaining The Offered Unit Prices. Therefore, The Presented Forecast Energy Consumption Does Not Constitute An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Given Amount. The Ordering Parties Have Separate Contracts For The Supply And Distribution Of Electricity (Indefinite Period). The Ordering Party Informs That This Is Another Change Of Energy Supplier. The Current Supplier Of Electricity For All Facilities Is Pge Obrót S.A., Ul. 8 Marca 6, 35-959 Rzeszów, With Which The Ordering Party Has Concluded Contracts For The Sale Of Electricity Valid Until December 31, 2026. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
