The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Sports Equipment For The District Interschool Sports Center In Busko-Zdrój, In The Following Range: • Adjustable Exercise Bench - 1 Piece, • Air Exercise Bike - 2 Pieces, • Tennis Table - 10 Pieces, • Stationary Exercise Bike - 5 Pieces, • Electric Treadmill - 2 Pieces. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7. The Offered Equipment Must Be Brand New (Without Traces Of Use). The Subject Of The Order Should Be Fully Functional And Meet The Technical, Quality And Operational Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Order. The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Should Be Treated As Minimum Requirements, Unless The Ordering Party Has Indicated The Upper And Lower Limits (Division) Of A Given Parameter. The Price Must Take Into Account All The Requirements Of This Procedure And Include All Costs Incurred By The Contractor For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In A Proper Manner And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including In Particular: Delivery Costs, Vat. The Subject Of The Order Must Have: A Warranty Card, An Operating Manual, Technical Approvals, Certificates, Etc. And The Necessary Documents Required For This Type Of Equipment, And Should Be Equipped With All The Necessary Elements (Connections, Cables, Etc.) Necessary For Commissioning And Operation At The Ordering Party For The Purpose For Which The Subject Of The Order Is Purchased. All Documents Attached To The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Prepared In Polish In Printed Form.
