The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Three Tasks. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation Necessary For The Implementation: Task No. 1 - Covering The Roofs Of The Main Building With Thermally Weldable Felt (Approximately 5,000 M2) Along With The Necessary Repairs Of The Existing Infrastructure, E.G.: Ventilation Chimneys, Exhaust Vents, Supporting Structures For Air Handling Units; Obtaining The Final Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party With Confirmation Of Finality Issued By The Competent Authority Along With The Conservation Decision And Ensuring Authors Supervision. Task No. 2 - Renovation Of Residential And Hotel Rooms, Corridors Of The Actors House Hotel Building, Parts A And B, Along With Interior Design (Furniture); Obtaining The Final Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party With Confirmation Of Finality Issued By The Competent Authority Along With The Conservation Decision And Ensuring Authors Supervision. Task No. 3 - Renovation Of The Batten - Connector In The Field Of Facade, Roof, Repair Of Supporting Pillars (4 Pieces) And Repair Of Internal Wall Plasters, Including Painting; Obtaining The Final Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party With Confirmation Of Finality Issued By The Competent Authority Along With The Conservation Decision And Ensuring Authors Supervision. The Offer May Cover The Entire Order. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers For Each Investment Task Separately; The Task Requires The Submission Of A Full Offer, I.E. For The Entire Subject Of The Order Within The Task. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Activities Performed As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Do Not Have To Be Performed By Persons Employed Under Employment Contracts Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Uniform Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1245, As Amended).
