The City Of Wolverhampton Council Is Acting Solely As The Procurement Facilitator And Contracting Authority For The Purposes Of Administering The Procurement Process And Does Not Have Responsibility For The Project Requirements, Evaluation Outcomes, Contract Award Decision, Or Subsequent Contract Management.
