Descriptionbackground Luster Municipality Has A Need To Establish A Framework Agreement For Electrician Services To Ensure Easy Access To Necessary Services Within Minor New Construction, Maintenance, Modernization And Maintenance Of Municipal Buildings And Facilities. The Purpose Of The Acquisition Is To Cover The Ongoing Need For Professionally Performed Work With Good Quality, High Availability And Predictable Prices. The Municipality Is Particularly In Need Of Assistance For Minor Repairs And Maintenance On A Daily Basis, Including Work Connected To Technical Facilities, Water And Sewage Installations, Pumping Stations, Emergency Lighting And Data/Distribution Networks. There Is Also A Need For Rapid Response In The Event Of Faults And Interruptions In Operation, Especially At Va Facilities And Other Critical Installations. The Annual Scope Is Estimated At Around Nok 1–2 Million, But The Need Will Vary. Luster Municipality Does Not Undertake A Purchase Obligation Under The Agreement. The Municipality Also Reserves The Right To Carry Out Its Own Competitions For Partial Purchases Which Are Expected To Exceed Nok 50,000, Or Which Naturally Form Part Of A Larger Project. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With Up To Three Suppliers In Priority Order. The Agreement Will Have A Duration Of 2 Years, With A Possible Extension Of 1 + 1 Year. Description Of The Assignment The Assignment Includes The Delivery Of Standard Electrical Wiring Services To Municipal Buildings And Other Municipal Facilities, Including Minor New Construction, Remodeling, Improvement, Modernization And Maintenance. The Supply Shall Cover The Municipalitys Ongoing Need For Electrician Professional Services During The Contract Period. Among Other Things, The Services May Include General Electricity Installations, Rebuilding And Expansion Of Electricity Distribution, Minor Modernization Of Automation For Technical Facilities, Work On Water And Sewage Installations, Control And Improvement After Control Of Fire And Emergency Lights, As Well As Assembly, Conversion And Expansion Of Data/Distribution Networks. Tasks Can Also Include Troubleshooting And Work On Control And Automation. The Delivery Includes Both The Execution Of Work And The Delivery Of Necessary Material To Carry Out The Assignment. The Supplier Must Be Able To Obtain And Deliver Materials To The Assignment Site At The Start Of The Work. The Agreement Must Also Be Able To Be Used For The Purchase Of Selected Material Products Where The Municipalitys Own Personnel Carry Out The Work, Without This Limiting The Municipalitys Freedom To Trade Such Material Through Other Channels.
