The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Emergency Cleaning And Increasing The Conductivity Of The Ravines Passing Through The Territory Of The Sozopol Municipality For Two Separate Positions: Separate Position #1 - Emergency Cleaning And Increasing The Conductivity Of The Ravines Passing Through The Land Of The Village Of Rosen, Sozopol Municipality, With A Total Length Of 990 M. And Separate Position No. 2 - Emergency Cleaning And Increasing The Conductivity Of Ravines Passing Through The Land Of Zidarovo Village, Sozopol Municipality, With A Total Length Of 670 M. The Gullies Pass Through The Urbanized Parts And Agricultural Lands Of The Two Settlements, And Are Important For Ensuring The Natural Outflow Of Rainwater And Snowmelt Water. Overgrown Vegetation, Accumulation Of Sediments, Earth Masses And Household Waste Can Be Observed In Individual Sections, Which Reduce The Conductivity Of The Riverbeds And Create Conditions For Local Flooding During Intense Rainfall. The Area Falls Within The Black Sea Catchment Area, Characterized By Periodically High Runoff During Heavy Rains. Maintaining The Conductivity Of The Ravines Is Essential To Prevent Erosion Processes, Floods And Damage To The Adjacent Infrastructure And Properties In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Zop, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification, Attached To This Documentation.
