The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is: Delivery Of Food Products For The Needs Of Childrens Facilities On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Maritsa, Distributed By Separate Positions, As Follows:Separate Item 1: Supply Of Bread And Bakery Products And Separate Item 2: Supply Of Cereals And Cereal-Based Foods Produced In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2018/848 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 30 May 2018 On Organic Production And Labeling Of Organic Products.On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Separate Position No. 2 Is Assigned In The Order Of The Independent Value, Namely In The Order Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act - Direct Award, Since The Value Of The Allocated Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464 (Eur 79,998.77) And The Total Estimated Value Of The Allocated Item, Awarded In This Way, Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. Taking Into Account The Estimated Value Of Allocated Item No. 2 For The Supply Of Organic Products And Complying With The Provisions Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, A Direct Contract Will Be Concluded For These Supplies.With The Implementation Of The Activities Included In The Scope Of Specific Position No. 1, The Contracting Authority Aims To Ensure The Necessary Periodic Supply Of Food Products For The Needs Of Kindergartens In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Maritsa. The Delivered Food Products Should Be Safe, Fit For Consumption And Not Harmful To Childrens Health, As Well As Meet The Requirements Of The Current Regulations Regarding The Production, Processing And Trade Of Food Products.The General Requirements, The Full Description Of The Items And The Ways To Fulfill The Order Under Separate Item No. 1 Are Detailed In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
