The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Service Maintenance And Repair Of Rectifier And Inverter Systems, Manufactured By The Companies Vertiv And Ce+T, For The Performance Of The Following Services: Scheduled Service Maintenance, Diagnostics, Malfunctioning And Out-Of-Warranty Repair Of Rectifier And Inverter Systems, Manufactured By Vertiv And Ce+T, Which Include At Least: • Six Cycles Of Planned Service Maintenance During The Term Of The Agreement, Carried Out Twice A Year At An Interval Of 6 (Six) Months;• Accepting And Registering Requests 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, 365 Days A Year;• Remote Diagnostics, On-Site Visits, Diagnostics, Fault Finding And Repair In The Event Of A Malfunction Or Accident;• Diagnosis And Repair In The Contractors Service Base Of Dismantled Elements Provided By The Employer;• Delivery And Insertion Of Pre-Approved Spare Parts And Materials;• Documentation, Functional Tests, Warranty Service Of The Performed Repairs And Maintaining An Electronic Register. The Specific Scope, Equipment, Technological Activities, Response And Execution Deadlines, Safety Rules And Acceptance Documents Are Specified In The Technical Specification (Ts) - Annex No. 1 And The Table To The Ts - Annex No. 1.1 To The Participation Documentation.
