It Is Planned To Build A New Sports Ground In The South-Eastern Part Of The Yard Of The Hristo Botev Elementary School In The Village Of Dolno Botevo, Stambolovo Municipality - The Creation Of A Mini-Football Field, In The Place Of An Asphalted Area In The South-Eastern Part Of The Schools Yard.In Fulfillment Of The Construction Contract, The Contractor Is Expected To Carry Out The Following Activities:- Lawful, High-Quality And Timely Start, Execution And Completion Of Construction, Including Supply Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And The Investment Project, According To The Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, All Other Applicable Relevant Regulatory Documents And The Implementation Agreement;- Timely Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction;- Storage And Provision Upon Request By The Other Participants In The Construction Or By A Control Authority Of The Construction Documents, The Order Book Of The Construction, The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During The Construction, And Other Technical Documentation On The Execution Of The Construction;- Testing And Commissioning;- Removal Of All Detected Defects Within The Warranty Period;- Warranty Service Until The Warranty Period Expires.- Fulfillment Of The Administrative Requirements According To The Applicable Regulations - Adbfp No. 26/G.6/03/005381-С01 Of 20.07.2026, Concluded Between The State Fund Agriculture And The Municipality Of Stambolovo And The Conditions For Application And Implementation With Applications For Assistance Under Intervention Ii.G.6 - Investments In Basic Services And Small-Scale Infrastructure In Rural Areas, Strategic Plan For The Development Of Agriculture And Rural Areas Of The Republic Of Bulgaria For The Period 2023-2027, As Well As Ordinance No. 4 Of 2024 On The Procedure For Providing Grant-In-Aid, For Concluding And Amending Administrative Contracts, For Imposing Administrative Sanctions For The Interventions Under Art. 73, 74, 75, Art. 77, Paragraph 1, Letters A, C - E And Art. 78 Of Regulation (Eu) 2021/2115, On The Conditions And Procedure For Payment, For Refusal Of Payment And Reductions Of Payments, And For Withdrawal Of The Financial Assistance Paid For The Interventions Under Art. 73, 74, 75, 77 And 78 Of The Same Regulation.​​​​​​​
