This Contract Contemplates The Comprehensive Execution Of The Necessary Works For The Repair, Maintenance And Waterproofing Of The Roofs Of The Til Til Cultural Center Building, Located At Arturo Prat No. 215, Commune Of Til Til, With The Objective Of Correcting Existing Leaks, Preventing The Entry Of Rainwater And Restoring The Watertightness And Protection Conditions Of The Infrastructure.The Building Has Seven Roof Sectors Identified In The Attached Graphic Background, Which Present Different Materialities And Construction Conditions. The Interventions Must Consider The Particular Characteristics Of Each Sector, Including The Main Roof Surfaces, Joints, Construction Encounters, Fixings, Sheet Metal Elements, Gutters, Rainwater Downspouts And Other Components That May Affect The Entry Of Humidity Into The Interior Of The Property.
