Tipper Trucks – Supply Of Vehicle Trucks For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Polygyro. The Object Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Trucks For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Polygyros. Specifically, One (1) New Four-Axle Dump Truck And One (1) Pick-Up, 4X4, Single-Cabin Semi-Truck Will Be Supplied To Be Used For Civil Protection Needs (Cleaning Streams, Collecting Branches, Etc. To Prevent The Risk Of Fire). The Item To Be Procured Is Classified Under The Following Code Of The Common Vocabulary Of Public Contracts (Cpv): • Dump Trucks (Cpv: 34134200-7) • Semi-Trucks (Cpv: 34131000-4). According To Article 59 Par. 1 Of Law 4412/2016, The Contract Is Not Divided Into Sections, As The Vehicles To Be Supplied Are Mutually Complementary Means Of The Same Operational Design And Are Intended To Operate In Combination Within The Framework Of The Civil Protection Actions Of The Municipality To Deal With The Same Problem (Management Of Bulky Objects And Transportable Materials). The Small Vehicle (Up To 3.5Tn) Functions As A Flexible Means Of Detection, Supervision And Immediate Intervention, While The Large Vehicle (33Tn) Undertakes The Main Task Of Mass Collection And Transport Of These Materials To The Final Recipients. The Assignment Of The Supply To A Single Contractor Ensures The Technical And Construction Homogeneity Of The Delivered Fleet, Drastically Reducing The Operating Costs Of The Municipality And Thus Ensuring: • The Compatibility And Technical Consistency Of The Equipment, • The Uniformity Of The Handling And Maintenance Systems, • The Uniform Technical Support, Personnel Training And Spare Parts Management, • The Application Of Common Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Procedures, • The Assurance Of Uniform Guarantee Conditions Of Good Operation And Response In Case Of Damage. Therefore, The Non-Subdivision Of The Contract Into Parts Is Considered Absolutely Necessary To Ensure The Correct Execution Of The Physical Object, The Economy And The Immediate Coverage Of The Urgent Needs Of The Municipalitys Services, While It Does Not Limit Competition Given The Existence Of Economic Entities That Can Offer All The Required Equipment. Offers Are Submitted Only For The Total Items And Pieces. The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At Twelve (12) Months For The Item With A/A 1 And At Two (2) Months For The Item With A/A 2
