Orthodontic Services – Offer Of A Framework Agreement On Orthodontic Treatments And Retention Courses For Children And Young People In Dragør Municipality. The Ordering Party Hereby Offers A Framework Agreement On Orthodontic Treatments And Retention Courses For Children And Young People In Dragør Municipality, Which Are Covered By The National Board Of Healths Criteria For A Municipal Orthodontic Treatment Offer. The Framework Agreement Covers Orthodontic Treatment Courses, Incl. Emergency Treatment And Retention Process For Patients (Children And Young People) From Dragør Municipality Who Are Referred To – And Accept – The Treatment Offer. The Patients Are Examined In Advance By A Specialist Dentist In Orthodontics And Assessed To Be Covered By The National Board Of Healths Criteria For A Municipal Orthodontic Treatment Offer. In Addition, Retention Manufacturing And Control Of These Can Be Purchased On The Framework Agreement. The Included Treatments Are Divided Into Four Categories And Described In More Detail In The Tender Documents Annex 2: Specification Of Requirements. The Ordering Party Expects To Refer Approx. 100-120 Patients Annually, But The Number Can Vary Both Upwards And Downwards. The Estimate Of 100-120 Patients Annually Is A Guide Number Based On Cohort Size, Expected Incidence Of Dental Position Deviations Requiring Treatment And Experience From Previous Years. However, The Suppliers Are Not Guaranteed Any Minimum Quantity Of Orders. However, The Supplier Must Agree To Receive A Minimum Of 5 Patients Per Month And A Minimum Of 55 Patients Annually. No Referrals Are Expected In July. At The Conclusion Of The Agreement, A Small Pool Of Patients Has Accumulated Who Have Been Examined By The Ordering Party In The Fourth Quarter Of 2026 And January 2027 (Approx. 10 Patients Per Month), Which Is Why More Patients Are Expected To Be Referred At The Start Of The Contract, Provided That The Supplier(S) Can Receive The Patients. The Clinics Where The Treatment Takes Place Must Be Physically Located In Denmark And Within A Maximum Of 50 Km From Dragør Town Hall, Measured As The Shortest Possible Route By Car. The Distance Limitation Is Based On Consideration Of Transport Time And Transport Costs For The Patients. The Background For The Services To Be Delivered In Denmark Is That We Work In Accordance With Danish Health Legislation. The Ordering Party Will Enter Into A Framework Agreement With The (Up To) Three Suppliers Who, Overall, Have Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Offers Across The Four Priced Treatments In Category 1-4. The Three Suppliers Who Submitted The Overall Most Economically Advantageous Offers Will Subsequently Be Divided And Ranked Together For Treatments Covered By Categories 1, 2 And 3, And Separately For Treatments Covered By Category 4 When Using The Cascade Models Described In The Tender Conditions. When Referring Patients, The Ordering Party Will First Offer A Referral To The Best-Placed Supplier According To The Cascade Model For Categories 1-3 And Category 4, Respectively, And Only If This Cannot Deliver, The Ordering Party Will Move On To The Next Supplier In Line, Etc. The Framework Agreements Are Entered Into For A Period Of Two (2) Years, With The Option For The Ordering Party To Extend The Agreement Period Twice By One (1) Year.
