Bullet-Proof Vests – Supply Of Bullet-Proof Vests And Accessories For The Municipal Police. This Consultation Concerns The Supply Of Bulletproof Vests And Accessories For The Municipal Police. This Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of One (1) Year, The Duration Of Which Begins On 01/10/2027 Or Its Date Of Notification To The Holder If This Is Later And Ends On The Date Of Admission Of All The Services Provided For In The Contract. The Framework Agreement Can Be Renewed A Maximum Of 3 Times Per Successive Period Of 1 Year. The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement Cannot Therefore Exceed 4 Years From The Date Of Notification To The Holder. All Services Will Be Remunerated By Applying Unit Prices To The Quantities Actually Executed. All Of The Services Provided For In The Contract Are The Subject Of A Framework Agreement Giving Rise To The Issuance Of Single-Award Purchase Orders, Placed In Application Of Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 To R2162-6, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. These Services Will Be Carried Out As Purchase Orders Are Issued By The Public Buyer And Will Be Paid According To The Unit Prices In The Unit Price Schedule, Based On The Quantities Actually Executed. In Application Of Article R2162-4-2° Of The Same Code, It Is Concluded With An Economic Operator, Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount In Value Of €56,400 Excluding Tax For The Initial Period And Each Of The Renewal Periods. The Execution Of The Services Provided For In The Framework Agreement Is Not Divided Into Phases.
