Quantities And Estimated Values (Lei Without Vat): • Framework Agreement (48 Months) – Maximum Value: 6,193,409.04 Lei (176,904 Hours); Minimum Value: 129,029.36 Lei (3,685.5 Hours), Corresponding To A Subsequent Contract With A Minimum Duration Of 1 Month; • Subsequent Contract – Minimum Value: 129,029.36 Lei (3,685.5 Hours); Maximum Value: 1,548,352.26 Lei (44,226 Hours), Corresponding To The Maximum Duration Of 12 Months. How To Calculate Quantities: • 24-Hour Shifts: 3 Shifts × 24 Hours × 1,461 Days (48 Months) = 105,192 Hours; • 12-Hour Shifts (Monday–Friday, 7:00–19:00): 6 Shifts × 12 Hours × 996 Working Days = 71,712 Hours, Where 996 = 1,044 Days From Monday To Friday In 48 Months, From Which Approximately 48 Days Of Public Holidays Falling On Working Days Are Subtracted; • Total Maximum Quantity: 105,192 + 71,712 = 176,904 Hours; Average Annual Amount: 176,904 / 4 = 44,226 Hours; Average Monthly Amount: 176,904 / 48 = 3,685.5 Hours; • The Maximum Value Of A Subsequent Contract (12 Months): 6,193,409.04 Lei / 4 Years = 1,548,352.26 Lei; Minimum Value (1 Month): 6,193,409.04 Lei / 48 Months = 129,029.36 Lei.
