The Task Of The Winning Bidder Is To Provide Assistance In Moving Around The Airport Area For Departing, Arriving And Transiting Passengers In Accordance With The Provisions Of Regulation 1107/2006/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council (July 5, 2006) On The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities Or Reduced Mobility Traveling On Aircraft, According To The Following Service Process: In The Case Of A Departing Passenger: • At The Designated Point, The Disabled Or Reduced Mobility A Passenger With Mobility Issues Announces His Arrival At The Airport And Requests Assistance, • The Service Takes The Passenger To The Check-In Counter To Check-In The Passenger And His Luggage For The Given Flight, • From The Check-In Counter The Passenger Is Transported To The Delivery Gate And To The Aircraft Via The Official Checkpoints / Passenger Security Check, Possible Passport Check, / Using Service Equipment As Necessary /Ambulift, Wheelchairs/ Provides Assistance To Board The Aircraft And To Get To The Seat, • Collection Of Service Requests, In The Case Of An Arriving Passenger: • They Help The Passenger To Get From The Seat Of The Aircraft To The Door • If Necessary, They Assist The Passenger With Service Tools To Leave The Plane /Ambulift, Wheelchairs/, • They Help To Get To The Baggage Claim Points Through Any Official Inspections, So That Passengers Can Pick Up Their Checked Baggage, • Then Deliver It From The Baggage Claim Hall To The Arrival Hall, Or To The Designated Point, Parking Lot • Collection Of Service Requests, In The Case Of Connecting Passengers: • Passengers Must Be Provided With Assistance In Getting To The Connecting Flight • If Necessary, The Passenger Must Be Provided With Access To The Washrooms. The Following Equipment Is Required To Perform The Task: • At Least 80 Wheelchairs, Of Which At Least 3 Are Min. 200 Kg; And At Least 2 Other Min. 300 Kg Load Capacity; In Addition, At Least 2 Wheelchairs Have Adjustable Footrests That Can Also Be Used For Legs In Casts Up To The Thigh. • At Least 8 Wheelchairs With A Narrow Design, Which Can Be Used To Transport The Passenger On Board The Aircraft • At Least 4 Specially Designed Patient Transport Minibuses Equipped With Ramps, Which Are Suitable For Transporting Passengers In Wheelchairs, And Each Of Them Has At Least One Fastening Technique Necessary For The Safe Attachment Of The Wheelchair • At Least 4 Ambulifts, Which Are Suitable For Serving All Types Of Aircraft Up To A Height Of 1-6 M And Each Of Them Has At Least One Attachment Technique Necessary For The Safe Attachment Of The Wheelchair (The The Additional Number Of Ambulifts Is An Evaluation Criterion, If The Winning Tenderer Has Agreed To Use Additional Ambulifts In His Bid, The Use Of The Agreed Number Of Ambulifts Is The Minimum Requirement) • At Least 2 Stretcher Cars And Shovel Stretchers, Which Can Be Used For Inpatient Services, And Which Include Fixing Technology.
