In Tarnów, Waste With Code 19 12 12 Generated As A Result Of Manual Dismantling Of Large-Sized Waste (Hereinafter Referred To As Waste) Along With The Management Of This Waste. 1.1. Execution Of The Scope Of The Order Covered By The Option Right (Maximum Scope Of The Order) Is A Right Of The Ordering Party, Which He May, But Does Not Have To, Exercise. Failure By The Ordering Party To Complete The Order Taking Into Account The Option Rights Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractors Financial Claims Against The Ordering Party.
