Advisory Architectural Services – Framework Agreement On Technical Advice For Denmarks Courts. The Framework Agreement Includes Architectural And, To A Lesser Extent, Engineering Services In The Form Of Technical Advice And Assistance As Total Advice In Connection With The Interior Design And Construction Matters In Which The Courts, The Boards Or The Danish Courts Agency Are Involved As A Tenant Or User Of A Lease. The Cases Include Work In The Form Of Renovation, Maintenance, Conversion, Extension And New Construction As Well As Furnishing, Which Must Be Carried Out In Different Types Of Properties. It Includes E.G. Both Listed And Non-Listed Properties, Historic Properties And Architect-Designed Properties. For All Leases, It Therefore Applies That The Tasks Must Be Solved With Respect For The Properties Characteristics As Well As The Functional And Aesthetic Considerations That Result From The Tenant Representing The Danish Judiciary. The Leases Are Located In Denmark. However, Some Leases Are Located On The Faroe Islands And In Greenland. The Tasks Include Advice And Assistance In Connection With Both Total Advice On Major And Minor Conversion And Extension Works As Well As On Special Installations And General Advice In Connection With Construction Matters, Maintenance And Inventory Acquisitions. Up To Two-Thirds Of The Framework Agreements Potential Revenue Depends On The Outcome Of The Danish Courts Upcoming Multi-Year Agreement. The Estimate Is Based On A Number Of Scenarios Which May Be Fully Or Partially Realized During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. The Multi-Year Agreement Is Not Expected To Affect The Overall Distribution Between The Various Advisory Services Under The Framework Agreement.
