The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 12 Pieces Of The Same, Brand New, Zero-Emission, Electric Buses, Category M3 Class Ii (Intercity Buses), With A Length From 12 M To 13 M And 11 Pieces Of Brand New Mobile Charging Stations For Electric Buses, Together With The Delivery Of A Telemetry System Covering All Buses Covered By The Order, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Opz) And In Annex No. 2 To Swz - Contract Template. 2. The Subject Of The Contract According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Is Specified In The Code: Cpv: 34121100-1 Buses And Coaches, 34121100-2 Public Transport Buses, 34144910-0 Electric Buses, 31158000-8 Chargers, 32441300-9 Telemetry System. 3. The Buses That Are The Subject Of This Order Must Be Brand New Vehicles (As Defined In The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), I.E. They Cannot Be Previously Registered, And The Mileage Of The Delivered Buses Cannot Exceed 1,000 Km. Moreover, The Buses Cannot Be Previously Used For Test And Demonstration Drives. The Buses Cannot Be Prototypes And Must Be Mass-Produced, I.E. They Have Been Sold To Carriers In The European Union Or Associated Countries In At Least 10 Copies. 4.
