The Client Is Oew Broadband Gmbh In Ehingen. The Client Plans To Set Up State-Funded Gigabit Networks (Fttb) As Part Of A So-Called Operator Model To Develop The Relevant Underserved Address Points In The Project Area, Depending On The Funding Program. The Client Has Received Funding From The Federal And State Governments For The Construction Of The Network. The Awarding Of Contracts, Provision Of Services And Billing For Services Are Therefore Subject To Special Conditions Set By The Funding Providers. The Funding Notices From The Federal Government (Provisional Grant Amount) And The State Can Be Found In The Appendix Of Funding Notices. Based On The Operator Tender, A Network Operator (Bidding Consortium Consisting Of Teledata Gmbh And Zollernalbdata Gmbh) Was Identified For The Fttb Network To Be Built, Which, After Implementation, Will Take Over The Active And Passive Supply Of Customers And Other Telecommunications Companies With Broadband Services And Open Access Wholesale Products And Lease The Networks From The Client. The Approval And Implementation Planning As Well As Other Services (Based On The Hoai Service Phases 4-8, For Details See The Appendix To The Service Description, Especially Points 5 And 6.2-6.5) Were Already Developed By A Correspondingly Qualified Planning Office (Seim&Partner) Commissioned In An Independent Procurement Process. On This Basis, The List Of Services, The Service Description And The Other Contractual Regulations For The Implementation Of The Construction And Cable Pulling Work, Including All Other Annex And Documentation Services Of A General Contractor For The Functional And Subsidy-Compliant Construction Of The Fttb Network, Were Created.
