The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Complete Design, Discussion, Permit, Construction, Testing, Commissioning And Handover Of A Fully Functional New Building Of A Five-Storey P+R Parking Garage In Kralupy Nad Vltavou Using The Design & Build Method. On The Basis Of The Documentation For The Approval Of The Building Plan, The Clients Technical Specification And Other Procurement Documents, The Contractor Will Process And Coordinate With Each Other The Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction, Production And Workshop Documentation, Documentation Of The Actual Execution And Other Documentation Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Work, Perform The Necessary Calculations, Surveys And Surveying, Ensure Related Engineering Activities, Statements, Opinions And Permits And Then Carry Out The Actual Construction Including Delivery, Assembly, Testing And Commissioning Of All Equipment And Technologies. Also Included Are Medical Technical Installations, Heating And Cooling Of Selected Rooms, High-Current And Low-Current Distribution Systems, Lighting, Eps, Camera And Parking System, Elevators, 12 Charging Points For Electric Cars, A Photovoltaic Power Plant, Battery Storage, An Energy Management System And A Shelter With Storage Places For 64 Bicycles, Including Charging Of Electric Bicycles. The Result Of The Implementation Must Be A Complete, Safe, Mutually Coordinated And Fully Operational Work With 5 Above-Ground Floors And An Expected Capacity Of 264 Parking Spaces, Of Which 14 Spaces For People With Reduced Mobility And 12 Charging Spaces For Electric Cars, As Well As 12 Spaces For Motorcycles And 64 Spaces For Bicycles.
