Software Programming And Consultancy Services – Food First - Procurement Of Ruoka-Avus Digital Platform. The City Of Turku Is Developing Its Operating Environment With The Aim Of Smoothing The Distribution Of Food Aid And At The Same Time Offering Support For Accessing Other Welfare Services. The Center Is Developing An Information System That Helps Coordinate The Food That Arrives As A Donation To The Logistics Center For Wasted Food, As Well As Improving The Experience Of Food Aid Customers When Collecting Food Aid. The Goal Is To Make It Possible, For Example, To Book Food Deliveries, Support Food Distribution, Manage Community Meals And Facilitate The Provision Of Support Services. The Solution Must Support Low-Threshold Transactions, Service Accessibility And Cooperation Between Different Operators. At The Beginning Of The Chain Is The Customer, But The Wasted Food Comes From The Food Donors. The Long-Term Goal Is To Get Information About Incoming Waste From The Systems Of Stores, Wholesalers, Industry And Other Donors Via The Interface. An Alternative Source Of Information Can Be E.G. The City Of Turkus Food Aid Reform Project Is One Of The Winners Of The Bloomberg Mayors Challenge Innovation Competition. The Award Sets An Implementation Schedule In Which The First Functionalities Must Be Piloted In The First Quarter Of 2027, The Required Features By The End Of August 2027, And The Customers Optional Functionalities In Use During 2027, If The Subscriber Decides To Order The Options. Functionalities Are Described In More Detail In The Tender Request And Its Attachments. The Service Contract Is Concluded For A Fixed Period Until 31 December 2029, After Which The Contract Will Continue To Be Valid Until Further Notice. One (1) Supplier Will Be Selected.
