Vehicles For Refuse – Long-Term Rental For A Period Of 48 Months Of A Truck With A Garbage Truck Body - Single Compartment. The Subject Of The Order Is A Long-Term Lease For A Period Of 48 Months: One Brand-New Truck, A Three-Axle, Single-Chamber Garbage Truck, With A Rear Loading Device, Complete And Ready For Operation, With A Purchase Option. The Ordering Party Provides For The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Consisting In The Possibility Of Purchasing The Vehicle After The Expiry Of The Rental Period For The Purchase Price Indicated In The Offer, Under The Conditions Specified In § 4 Section 3 Of The Contract Template. Exercising The Option Right Is The Ordering Partys Right; If It Is Not Used, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims. The Chassis And Body Must Be Manufactured No Earlier Than 2026. The Vehicle Cannot Be A Prototype. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Correct Selection, Assembly And Cooperation Of The Chassis, Bodywork And Equipment, As Well As For The Compliance Of The Completed Vehicle With The Requirements For Admission To Traffic. The Completed Vehicle Must Meet The Regulations Regarding Admission To Traffic And The Safety Requirements Applicable To The Structure And Loading Device On The Date Of Placing On The Market/Putting Into Service. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Cooperation Of All Systems, In Particular The Power Take-Off, Engine Control, Hydraulics And Step Protection. Installation Of Telematics Systems Using Prepared Connections, In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Chassis And Bodywork Manufacturers, May Not Void The Warranty. The Contractor Will Provide Conditions For The Proper Connection Of These Systems. Due To The Limitation Of The Number Of Characters Entered, The Full Scope Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Swz And Annexes.
