The City Of Lohja (Hereinafter Also Procurement Unit And Customer) Is Asking For Bids For The Establishment Of A Framework Arrangement For Printing Services And Printed Products. The Services To Be Procured Based On The Framework Arrangement Are Printing And Printing Services For Lohja City Communication Products For Various Industries. The Customers Needs Vary From Small Batches Of Around 100–500 Pieces To Household Deliveries Of Around 28,000 Pieces. Several Products Are Annual Or Only Repeat A Few Times A Year. The Special Needs Identified By The Subscriber Include E.G. Large Image Products, Outdoor Signs, Fair Stands And Textile Products. The Service May Include, Among Other Things, The Following Publications, Products And Services: - Brochures, Guides And Magazines, Including Digital Magazines - Flyers And Leaflets - Posters - Cards And Tickets - Large Image And Signage Products - Stickers And Tapes - Fair And Event Supplies. Selected Framework Contract Partners Must Provide All The Necessary Printing Materials, Dyes And Other Possible Supplies Needed For Printing, As Well As Product Finishing As Part Of The Service. In Addition, The Framework Contract Partners Pack And Deliver All Finished Products To The Address Provided By The Procurement Unit. The Acquisition Also Includes Distribution, Mailing And Logistics Services As An Option. Enabling The Option Is A Matter Of The Subscribers Right, Not An Obligation. The Goal In Procurement Is To Find Such Framework Contract Partners Who Are Able To Serve The Different Needs Of The Customer And With Whom Placing Individual Orders Is Fast, Easy And Reliable. High And Consistent Quality, An Easy Process And Short Delivery Times Are Essential For The Customer. Communication And Cooperation Between The Procurement Unit And Service Providers Must Be Functional And Easy. The Procurement Unit Requires The Selected Framework Contract Suppliers To Commit To Environmentally Friendly Operations And Promoting Sustainable Development When Producing The Services That Are The Subject Of The Procurement. On The Basis Of The Tender, A Framework Arrangement Will Be Formed, For Which Three (3) Suppliers Will Be Selected. During The Contract Period, Services Are Ordered, As Needed, Either Directly From The Framework Contract Supplier Chosen By The Customer Or Based On The Tendering Process Within The Framework Arrangement. The Operating Model Of The Framework Arrangement Is Described In More Detail In The Attached Draft Agreement. Framework Agreements Are Concluded For A Two (2) Year Contract Period, After Which The Customer Can Decide To Extend The Contract Two (2) Times With One (1) Year Option Periods. The Framework Agreement Is Therefore Of The 2+1+1 Type. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Arrangement Is A Maximum Of Eur 550,000 (Vat 0%). The Customer Does Not Commit To Specific Procurement Quantities During The Contract Period. The Framework Arrangement Does Not Create An Exclusive Right For The Service Providers To Supply The Contracted Services To The Customer. The Subscriber Has The Right To Acquire Services And Products Also From Outside The Framework Arrangement.
