Emergency Vehicles – Delivery Of 1 Ambulance With Basic Equipment With A Gvw Above 3.5 T Up To Max. 4.2 T. Iii. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery Of 1 Piece Of A Brand New, Unused And Not A Demonstration Vehicle, Sanitary Ambulance With A Gvw Above 3.5 T, Max. Up To 4.2 T. Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 Approved By Resolution Of The Council Of Ministers No. 72 Of May 27, 2025 In Regarding The Approval Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 (M.P. Of 2025, Item 541) In Connection With The Implementation Of Tasks Arising From The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Population Protection And Civil Defense (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1907, As Amended) - Delivery To The Indicated Headquarters Of The Ordering Party. Base Vehicle Manufactured No Earlier Than 2026, Complete Ambulance No Earlier Than 2026, Compliant With The Current Versions Of The Pn-En 1789 (Or Equivalent) Standard For An Ambulance And Pn-En 1865 (Or Equivalent) For Patient Transport Devices (Stretchers), With The Basic Specialized Equipment Described In This Swz. 2. Detailed Technical Requirements Are Described In Annex 1D To The Swz - (Tables: 5, 5A, 6). 3. Upon Receipt Of Complete Ambulances, The Contractor Will Conduct Training For The Ordering Partys Employees In The Operation, Operation And Maintenance Of The Ambulance And The Equipment Installed In It. 4. If The Contractor Does Not Install And Configure A Set Of Command Support System (Swd) Devices In The Ambulances, Consisting Of A Gps Module, Tablet And Printer Along With A Base And Power Supply, Then: A) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Install Command Support System (Swd) Devices In The Ambulances, Consisting Of Consisting Of A Gps Module, A Printer With A Base, A Portable Tablet With A Base (Docking Station), Or Only Some Elements That Will Not Be Installed By The Contractor; B) The Ordering Party Envisages The Installation Of The Above-Mentioned. Devices By An Employee Authorized By This Entity In Consultation With The Contractor, Under The Supervision Of The Guarantor At The Dealer Service Level - Therefore, The Installation Will Not Affect The Loss Of The Warranty, And The Contractor Will Ensure The Output Of Appropriate Supply Voltages And Control Signals To The Swd System Devices (Described In Annex No. 1B To The Swz).
